From what I can gather from here and here Kagerou Nostalgia, which has been on hiatus(?), will be restarting in the new magazine "Comic Blade Brownie" (who names these!?). Out today.
As such we are hoping to get hold of Raws. If anyone is planning to get this magazine or knows where to get raw scans (Does Winny still work) it would be much appreciated if you uploaded them here or at least told us where to get hold of them. It would be great if scanlations started up again thought this group like they did with 07Ghost. In that vein, Hoowee, of Boku Tachi has joined Storm of Heaven scanlation group and they're happy to scanlate KN but they're looking for EDITORS! If you can edit drop Hoowee a line.
Also can anyone read this? It's from the magazine site.

Heh heh. Yup, this is what I saw when I was cruising around to see if it was still active. It looks ever so prettiful, but the kanji makes me all sad and weepy since I can only say it's prettiful and not informitive. [Damn my kanji skills of nil and mostly none.]
As for raw scans, I tend to wait for the tankouban to come out [much better quality], so I'm probably out on this. [can'twaitcan'twaitcan'twait]
If I can get my hands on the magazine, I might be able to provide some scans for you. It all depends though. I'll have to see if I can find the magazine first. But if I can, I offer my services.
