Their editing job was, really, rather crappy.
Yes it was, I just about cried when I got my volume in the mail and saw what they'd done. I have a whole venting stream of not nice words to say about how they edited/typeset this book.

I know >_>, just about every scanlation group could do a better job. Especially on the out-of-bubbles text. Instead of overlaying it or editing it out they just stick the english somewhere else in the panel! It's the worst offical editing job I've seen. I hope whoever did it got fired (or they finished their work experience there and went home).
By the way is the series finished? On hold? Cancelled? I've seen 3 volumes of new chapter out but I don't know anything beyond that.
Also did the second volume ever actually come out in english?

Next chapter will be in ab-fab 200dpi so you can see the shocking editing even closer!

I did better when I didn't know how to do anything and was using the wrong programs. The only way I can figure out that they did so badly was by intention. They burnses mine eyes.

I actually have no idea what the current status is for the new chapter releases. Satomi Kubo's website recently changed and has a message up... but there's waaaaay too much kanji there for me to be able to read what's been written. ;_;

I don't think it's been cancelled and it certainly doesn't seem finished by vol 3 so I'm taking a random stab in the dark and guessing it's oh hold?

And as far as I know, vol 2 never made it to english release. I'm not sure whether or not to be thankful for this. >_>;

is the series list for comic blade brownie magazine (WTF kind of name...), the 5th series on the list is KN, and from what I've been able to gather from the site and here. It's starting up on the 10th of December. So KN may be starting again on the 10th of December!
How cool is that!
Now I just need to find how to get the raws when it comes out >_> maybe someone at mangahelpers will be nice and scan it (or get it off Winny)

Thank you so much for scanning this even though the editing is crap. I've just got to know Kagerou Nostalgia today and got hooked with this series. However, I have only read up to chapter 5 of Bokutachi. Do you guys know where to get other chapters (raw is fine)?

Ask Hoowee, she's the scanner. If you're any good at editing the group she joined, Storm in Heaven, is happy to scanlate KN but they need editors.
Next chapter should be out tonight.
The more fans we have the better :) try to breath some life into this group.
